Skilder

Author with AI

Create and edit roles, skills and teams from your agent instead of the UI, using Skilder's MCP prompts.

Most of this section can also be done by talking to your agent: no browser, no forms. Publishing, discarding, restoring, installing from the catalog and exporting stay in Skilder.

The prompts

Your MCP client sees five Skilder prompts, shown as slash commands in a client that lists MCP prompts (/get-started and so on). Each is a starting instruction your agent follows, using Skilder's manage tool.

PromptUse it to
/get-startedGet a first role built and run, or add another, guided by the Onboarding Concierge.
/turn-this-into-a-skillTurn a document, transcript or conversation open in your agent into one or more skills.
/import-existing-skillsBring in prompts, SOPs or rules files you already have, in bulk.
/discover-workspace-contentSee what roles, skills and tools the workspace already holds before you build something new.
/do-this-task-with-skilderRun a real task through the workspace's skills, and get a receipt of which ones did the work.

What stays the same

Your agent creates and edits roles and skills with the same manage tool Studio uses. A role or skill it creates is published immediately. Its edits to a published one land on your draft, which only you see until you publish it in Skilder: see Publish and version.
